Polyurethane composite board uses high-quality color coated steel plate as the panel, and the core material uses polyurethane (rock wool, glass wool) raw material, which is formed by high-temperature foaming and curing, and double-track controlled molding. The double-track continuous polyurethane sandwich panel production line mainly includes hydraulic uncoiler, film cutting device, automatic cotton refilling system, roll forming machine, preheating device, double-track forming machine, six-component online foaming equipment, automatic It consists of a series of functional unit equipment

such as cutting machine, finished product cooling system, finished product palletizing and packaging.

 

Each equipment unit is equipped with mechanical and electrical systems, and different functional equipment units are assembled and connected through a set of process data control system to form a complete set of continuous production lines.

 

he production capacity of this production line is 3-7 meters per minute, and the length specifications of the composite board that can be produced are: 2-18 meters (can be cut at will), width: 400-1120mm, thickness: 50-200mm (corrugated height not included). The effective length of the formed double crawler is 26.3 meters, which prolongs the curing and foaming time to ensure a smoother surface. The six-component online foaming is precisely adjustable, which fully

guarantees the stability of product production.

 

The production line has high production efficiency, good synchronization of each unit, high degree of automation, uniform density and excellent physical and mechanical properties of the foam honeycomb structure. USE AND PROTECTION


About storage the products outdoor


Outdoor storage should not exceed 2 months, otherwise the quality and appearance of the composite board will be affected.


The stack of slabs should have a slope to facilitate the drainage of water. The plastic film at both ends of the stack should be removed for ventilation, and the entire stack should be covered with waterproof cloth.


The stacking site should be level, free from stagnant water, clean and dry. ISOPANEL rock wool composite board is especially not allowed to enter water.


When palletizing on site, there are 2 packages at most and no more than 30 days to prevent board damage.



PRODUCT PROTECTION MEASURES


Ⅰ、LOADING

1. Before leaving the factory, the products are carefully packaged with thin film according to customer's requirements to avoid damage during transportation.

2. The transport vehicle must be in good condition, and the underside of the carriage should be smooth and clean.

3. The bottom side of the board downward, the top side of the board upward, to squeeze compact, dense, to prevent the product in the process of transportation extrusion deformation, abrasion damage and other damage.

4. The binding rope or the binding belt should not be in direct contact with the board at the corner. The binding belt and the corner part of the product must be padded with splint to protect the edge, and pay attention to the binding strength to prevent the product from deformation at the edges and corners.

5. After loading the product, the driver should check to ensure the balance on both sides of the car, and avoid obvious skew phenomenon.

6. Effective anti-rain and snow measures should be taken when loading vehicles on rainy and snowy days.


Ⅱ、THE TRANSPORTATION


1. In the process of transportation, the road should be driven on a solid and smooth road surface as far as possible; Smooth driving, do not start, brake, turn; In case of uphill, downhill or sharp bend in the transportation, slow down.

2. During long-distance transportation, the condition of the goods should be checked from time to time. In case of any abnormality, measures should be taken to correct it in time to avoid accidents.

3. The plate should be avoided from compression or any mechanical damage, and away from open fire

 

Ⅲ、UNLOAD AND CARRY

1. When the products arrive, the quality, length and transportation damage of the products should be checked. If any damage occurs, please mark on the receipt and ask the driver to sign, and provide the damage explanation.

2. When unloading, the truck should be unloaded on a solid and flat ground, and special machinery should be used to unload the truck. The surface of the tool in direct contact with the plate should be covered with soft cushion layer to avoid damaging the plate.

3. Manual unloading and handling;

1) Wear protective gloves to avoid wear on the surface of the plate and ensure safety.

2) Lift gently, hold up all the bottom with both hands, do not lift the top panel alone to avoid tearing the plate; Do not drag, so as not to wear, scratch the board surface; Avoid the bending of the plate, otherwise it will cause the fracture of the filling material inside the plate and deformation of plate surface.

 

Ⅳ、STACKED


1,Products should be stored away from open fire and should not be in contact with chemicals; It should be stored in a dark and ventilated place to avoid sun exposure and take appropriate protective measures.

2. The product should be stored on a solid and flat ground, and the bottom should be padded with soft pads, and the spacing between the pads should not be greater than 1.5 meters; Be sure not to use wooden pads.

3. Bulk stacking should not be higher than 1.5 meters to prevent exposure to the sun and rain.

4. Clear marks should be set around the pallet to avoid collision and damage. No heavy objects or hard objects should be placed on the stack to prevent scratches. No trampling is allowed

 

Ⅴ、CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE


1. Proper installation and maintenance is very important to maintain the normal service life of the board and the paint surface. All oil stains, dust, fingerprints or other stains must be removed before installation to ensure the service life of the board and the appearance of the board.
